Constrexim is the Vietnam Construction and Trade Investment Joint Stock Corporation.

Establised April 23 rd , 1982, according to resolution 630/BXD- TCCB, Constrexim has become one of the largest corporate enterprises in the country.

In its 25 years Constrexim has come to be a key player in project investment and development project design and survey consulting, commercial trade, materials and equipment import-export, industrial manufacturing and production of construction materials, manpower training and placement oversea and other operational fields.Constrexim is always confident, active and creative in working with about 40 members companies under the name "constrexim" including more than 9000 officials, thoussands of them have  Doctorate, Master Degrees in Engineering, Engineering Degrees,  qualified Bachelors and other relevant fields. These specialists work both within the country and internationally.

As directed by the Ministry  of  Construction, on June 11 th, 2007, according to resolution 565/ QD- BXD, Constrexim 's Board of Management has carried out the process of becoming a totally equitized corporation. Its joint stock registration certification number  0103017485 marks an important milestone for the company as it signifies its entrance into the modern global economy.
